Called for parts. They said they would be ready for pick up the following morning at 7:30am. Called at 8:30 and had the worst customer service experience. He said repeatedly that another persons parts were delivered but not ours. He repeatedly ask if I was sure I knew my last name. I finally ask if I was on a comedy prank show? He said IM TRYING TO HELP YOU! I said "then get me the parts!" He assured me that they would all be there by 1:30 but as of now only 3 are here. I called back at 130, no parts, I called at 2 and now one of the filters that was delivered at 7:30 is gone!!! We went to West Marine! Feedback: Get the parts in on time or at least call me and tell me they are not coming. Not lose part of the order while your waiting for the rest to arrive. Not ask me more than 6 times if IM SURE MY LAST NAME IS PERKINS AND NOT HUNSAMSHI !!! Seriously!!!

Not good. I went there to get an air filter. It was not in stock, they told me it could be ordered and there the next morning. Since it was having to be ordered I told them to order me 2 filters. The next morning I went there to get filters. After waiting for 15 minutes, with only one other customer in the store , they said it was not in, but they would have them the next morning. I told them I was headed out for a 5 hour drive, and would not be back until Saturday. They said they would hold them for me. I went there today, the clerk said, he had no information , but would look for them. He found them on the shelf. We opened the boxes and one of them was wrong. What is the take home-- they do not have a means of tracking orders. Had I not kept my old filter I may not have been able to get the one filter. The other clerk ask me if I wanted them to reorder the other filter filter filter, I thought no way, I'm tried of dealing with this filter, and their lack of keeping up with orders.
